Georgian Style Mahogany Bureau Bookcase
A Georgian style mahogany bureau bookcase. The top section having a broken pediment with a central urn shaped finial with open fret work over a shaped and carved cornice having a pair of glazed doors below with adjustable shelves to the interior. The lower section comprising of a bureau having a fold down flap revealing several drawers and pigeon holes with a cantral cupboard with graduated drawers below and standing on ogee bracket feet.
This example shown in a hand polished antique medium mahogany finish.
